Project Cycle

A typical application development cycle includes the following stages:

  • Framing - reach agreement with client on the problem being solved and ensure common understanding of project
  • Proof of Concept - demonstrate that the problem can be solved and provide an early deliverable while minimizing technical risks
  • Prototype - proves that the problem is solved by enhancing functionality and forming the foundation for further application development
  • Pilot - tune the application to the client’s environment and provide a fully functioning application that is reliable and dependable
  • Production - an operational, fully tested and documented version of the application is implemented throughout the client’s organization
