The key to an organization’s success is to have a strong and efficient team – like a well greased car, the team can only perform well if they perform well together!

At PGTS, we also recognize that at the core of having a strong team is to foster an environment where members are valued, respected, and trusted. On Friday, April 26th, our team completed the seminar “Building Teams that Trust”, and a few of the key concepts we learned included:

– Examining and assessing different communication styles within the team and understanding how it impacts trust

-Developing different communication tools to become more self-aware and further develop skills to deal with relationship building

-How to boost team performance through mutual accountability

-How to increase our team’s emotional intelligence

The seminar was a fun and great experience for our team. We learned many best practices that we will continue to apply within our organization.
